E.D. GLOBAL is a product of thirty-four years of professional experience of EFREN DATO, owner and president of E.D. GLOBAL. He has an international experience in executive management with  public, private and nonprofit organizations in the areas of economic development, business development, program planning, law enforcement chaplaincy, public relations, resource development, marketing and training. He has several years experience in economic development of a township with special focus on Special Improvement District management and Neighborhood Preservation Program (NPP).

Before joining the municipal government he had worked with the large nonprofit international organizations such as United Way and Roman Catholic Church for almost three decades. He was once an ordained catholic priest of  twenty-two years in the Philippines and United States with special experience in youth programs, radio-television broadcasting, community organizing, education and training.

Some of the highlights of his graduate studies include Master of Science in Training & Human Resource Management from England Leicester University, sociology studies from Fordham Univertsity, Diploma in Industrial Relations  from the University of the Philippines and with very diverse training.  He has completed the Executive Leadership Program of JFK School of Government of Harvard University, the community policing courses of the Somerset Police Academy and has acquired the Main Street certification from New Jersey State Department of Community Affairs.
