Doing Business In America: New Jersey Business Opportunities

The event will be sponsored by Hamilton St Business & Community Corporation (HSBCC) in cooperation with NJ Assemblyman Upendra Chivukula, Franklin Township municipal government, Franklin Township Chamber of Commerce and Metaopsis Consultancy as the HSBCC international business development consultant. The latter will be responsible for the recruitment of business entities and investors to attend the conference while the E.D Global serves as the conference facilitator.

The main goal of the conference is to attract new businesses from the Asia-Pacific Region into Franklin Township specifically into HSBCC business district, Somerset County and the state of New Jersey. The A-PAC region was chosen because of this region’s existing strong representation in Franklin-Somerset and New Jersey. However, the Pan-Asian population in Franklin-Somerset is currently under-represented in the local business marketplace, both retail and commercial.

The conference will also serve as the educational venue for Filipinos and other Asian business entrepreneurs, start-ups, and investors, as well as existing global businesses to meet and get educated in the American business operations. The conference will provide excellent opportunity to exchange ideas, and to learn about the many advantages and benefits to be gained by establishing business operations in Franklin-Somerset and the state of New Jersey.
