Funded and facilitated several new restaurants and businesses. Assisted in providing 27 for their façade improvements worth $300,000.00 and 4 businesses with their architectural-engineering funding.
 Managed almost a million-dollar budget to revitalize Hamilton Street business district inclusive of parking and circulation study, façade improvement, architectural-engineering incentive fund, and completed the streetscape study with the budget of 1.5 million for implementation.
 Facilitated financial and business related workshops and organized “Meet & Greet” social meetings among merchants.
 Designed and implemented marketing program inclusive of farmers’ market, car show, intercultural shows, costume parade for children and one week community celebration called, “Week of the People.” Recruited and managed hundred volunteers for these week events.

 Introduced the first Special Improvement District (SID) that was created into ordinance by the Township Council as a revitalization tool to the Hamilton Street Business District, a section of the township.
 Concurrently served as the executive director for Hamilton Street Business & Community Corporation, as a nonprofit agency in-charge of implementing main street program and resource development.

 Designed and conducted training for Franklin Public Schools security guards called COPS-CaSTLE (Community Optimum Policing in Schools-Campus Security Training and Leadership Empowerment.
 Designed and conducted community policing and police leadership at Region 3 of Philippines National Police.
 Designed and conducted team building, leadership sessions and several workshops to nonprofit organizations and, student and youth organizations including Rutger’s Filipino InterCollegiate Networking Dialogue, (FIND).
 Diversity speaker / resource person for New Jersey Office of Bias Crime, Department of Law and Public Safety.
 Designed and implemented the marketing plan for a start up company as VP-Marketing of Bio-Tech International (a Filipino-American US based company) facilitating health care coverage for the Filipinos in the Philippines.
 Recruited and trained 100 effective facilitators (sales force) and established marketing partners in Switzerland and Italy.
 Established relations with International Labor Organization (ILO) for collaborations since the latter has a project to provide health care insurance for the poor in the Philippines.

Major Accomplishments
 Assisted in resource development that resulted Four (4) Million funding by designing and implementing community building programs.
 Successfully designed and implemented a funded Census 2000 educational project that resulted in the decrease of the undercount in Newark, and greater Essex County.
 Implemented and coordinated the 5-month leadership training for middle management professionals as a medium for recruiting volunteers.

 Recruited, trained and mentored minority student scholars, volunteers and media professionals.
 Facilitated meetings with media executives, members of Congress and Federal Communications Commission for student scholars.
