       Resource Development

Recruit and organize campaign staff.  

Conduct strategic plan for fund raising and responsible for its implementation.

Educate and motivate the community to believe in the Partnership to get the fund raising job done.


       Resource Investment

Organize a resource investment committee responsible for identifying and reviewing community initiatives to be funded.

Define the short-term and long-term funding needs.
